2. How do I find out the price of the paintings that I see on your web site?

• You can get price information by emailing info@stumpf-fine-art.com or by making enquiry after entering 'enquire'. If you cannot access our email address, please telephone (852) 2833-5001.

3. How do I pay when I decide to buy a paintinig?

• You can pay using your credit card through the 'paypal' payment system. This is a secure payment site and you can find out more by going to www.paypal.com.
  
  The steps involved in the purchase of a painting from Stumpf Fine Arts are as follows:
  
  Step 1
  • You click the 'enquire' button, which appears on every slideshow to ask for the price of a particular painting you want to buy.
  • We reply to your enquiry giving you the price of the painting and asking where the painting is to be sent.
  • After you revert with the address to which the painting is to be sent, we inform you of the total cost including painting + shipping + insurance and the estimated time required to reach you under normal circumstances. You are responsible for any local taxes applicable in your country.
  
  Step 2
  • Once all terms and prices have been agreed, we inform Paypal to send you an email requesting payment of the agreed sum.
  • There is a link in Paypal's email, which allows you to make your credit card payment on their secure site.
  
  Step 3
  • Upon confirmation of receipt of funds, we ship the painting to you
  
  Attention:
  • Registered Paypal users can simply login to their Paypal account and make payment to Stumpf Fine Art Ltd.
  • Non-registered users have to register with Paypal first before they can make payment to Stumpf Fine Art Ltd.

4. Will you handle the shipping and insurance?

• Yes, we will handle the shipping and insurance for you. We will get your agreement on the costs involve before shipment.

5. If I am interested in other paintings of an artist represented by you, will you be able to source those paintings for me?

• Yes, we will be able to source them for you. Indeed, one of our areas of specialisation is to source paintings and other works of art for our clients.

6. You specialise in sourcing Asian arts, will you be able to help me source Western arts as well?

• Yes, we can help you source Western arts through our international network of professional art dealers.

7. Do I have to make an appointment to come to the gallery?
